The Assistant Director of Nursing aides the Director of Nursing in ensuring the delivery of compassionate and quality care and assumes accountability for the delivery for nursing services within the community. The Wyndmoor is looking for a well-rounded nurse who is able to assume the role of hands-on-caregiver, professional healthcare coordinator, family liaison, and team leader. Experience in an assisted living environment and with Point Click Care is preferred but not required. If you enjoy receiving monthly bonuses, working in a positive atmosphere along side dedicated, passionate and giving co-workers, then this is the place for you!
